Shipping Days: Monday thru Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Undeliverable packages, including refused shipments and packages that have failed delivery, will be returned to The SkinSpa and assessed a $15 Non-Delivery fee. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund.
Processing Time: Orders received before 2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (5 pm Eastern) are processed the same day. Orders received after 2 p.m. PST (5 pm EST) are processed the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed by close of business Monday.
Domestic Delivery Time – Standard Shipping: Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 1 - 4 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 4 - 6 business days. For quicker delivery, guaranteed overnight and 2-day shipping services are available. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. The SkinSpa is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
Overnight and 2-day Shipping: For quicker delivery, UPS guaranteed Next Day and 2nd Day shipping services are available. UPS 2nd Day shipping is FREE in the contiguous 48 US states with orders over $75.
United States Postal Service (USPS) is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses and is available without charge; however, please note that USPS does not offer remote tracking of parcels once they've left our store. Therefore, we cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS. Be advised that the USPS confirmation number you receive from The SkinSpa is only used to verify when a parcel has been delivered, and is not used to track packages en route. We highly recommend UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air for all qualifying domestic addresses.
Items that are DOT restricted, including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via UPS Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation. DOT restricted items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or international customers.
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email (shopping@eskinspa.com).
